MURDER BOOK Murder, what is it and is not?
Murder is the unlawful killing, with malice aforethought, of another
human being. Generally, the state of mind distinguishes murder from
other forms of unlawful homicide (such as manslaughter). The Soldier

In war, the soldier kills the opposing force. Both sides know and are prepared for the risks- both sides are armed and engage solely to stop what each perceives as aggression against their respective counties. The murderer however, is a sneak and a coward. He attacks and butchers innocents without warning. There is nothing ennobling about murder! Because the loss of a human life inflicts enormous grief upon the individuals close to the victim, as well as the fact that the commission of a murder is highly detrimental to the good order within society; most societies, both present and in antiquity, have considered it a most serious crime worthy of the harshest of punishment. In most countries, a person convicted of murder is typically given a long prison sentence, often a life sentence and, for some, the death penalty may be imposed. This practice is becoming less common as societies in the more developed countries develop increasingly liberal philosophies toward crime and punishment. however, no one can argue that, when imposed, recidivism is never an issue. In many countries, there is no statute of limitations for murder (no time limit for prosecuting someone for murder). A person who commits murder is called a ‘murderer.’ Many serial murderers are also sociopathic homicidal maniacs and interestingly, many are orphans. In America, 4 % of the population are sociopathic, many of these, in fact, the majority, are actors, salesmen and politicians- and, thankfully, only a few are killers. This book discusses murder in all its manifestations. In most cases murderers are family members or those who have interpersonal and emotional relationships with their victims. By contrast, serial killers and killers for hire (professional assassins) generally have no prior relationship with their victims and, for this reason, are far harder for law enforcement to apprehend. Some serial killers, if they don’t stop and aren’t what they called “highly organized,” meaning intelligent, are eventually apprehended. These dumber ones (Son of Sam, for example) often prey in the same areas and keep doing the same thing, repeating until they are discovered. The professional assassin, by contrast, is almost never caught. He has no connection to his victims and often has no direct contact with his employer. He travels in, does the job, and vanishes without a trace. America is a dangerous country and becoming more so every day. In addition to serial murderers and crazies, there are literally many thousands of dangerous young blacks and Latinos, often in gangs, all armed and all running loose in the streets. Drugs are rampant and evolving. Some make the users totally mad and enraged, like the cannibal, who while high on “bath salts, ate a man’s face off in Florida and was repeatedly shot by a cop before stopping.. There are millions of sad, unhappy, miserable, and dangerous losers roaming the streets of America. Many are armed, all are angry and many emotionally unstable. Some of them are serial murderers. One of our books, You Daid, discusses this growing threat. People murder others for money; murder during robberies is on the increase. Car Jacking's and home invasions often turn into homicides. The authorities don’t want you to know how bad things are getting less the population becomes paranoid and demands action! Likely, that won’t happen until society completely breaks down into urban warfare, street violence and chaos. By then, it will be far too late!
